13 NONCONFORMANCE Consumers Power Company received a report from CSA on their computer processing of our design input (drawings) for Unit 2 containment. From approximately 1000 drawings processed, 86 Drawing Problem Notices (DPNs) were generated. These were made up of 34 interference and 52 dimension-labeling type problems. The discrepancies identified are considered indeterminate conditions due to DCNs, FCNs and FCRs which may have been in the process of being incorporated at the time of shutdown.

Zack Purchase Order C-1060 dated 2/7/80 specified 4 x 4 x \ square tubing and identified the line item to be 1060-2.

13 NONCONFORMANCE Square tubing, 4 x 4 x 3/16 was found in job site stock marked MCN #1060-2. No purchase orders have been found for 4 x 4 x 3/16 tube steel. Therefore, this material has no traceability.

During the inspection of work orders 22600175 & 22600178, which were issued per the Preven-tive Maintenance requirement CP-F10-160, it was discovered that the requirements above had not been implemented.
