1. Consumers Power Company will discontinue tnonitoring the dike groundwater wells during shutdown and maintenance of the Midland Energy Center.

3 Upon project restart and refilling of the cooling pond, we will resume a

2. Authorization was given to CPCo to seal a weeping wall crack at Elev
568' in the Auxiliary Building Laundry Drain Tank Room. This will be scaled with an epoxy injection process to inhibit water passage i through the wall, j
