I Your letter dated June 7,1985, addressed concerns about the NRC's billing of your Company for costs associated with the review of the operating license application for Midland 1 and 2 as billed on Invoices D0184 and 00185. These invoices were for review costs through June 23, i
1984.
l This letter is to inform you that we have not forgotten your request.
l The demands on our staff required for the administration of the fee provisions of 10 CFR 170 and the new 10 CFR 171 (effective October 20, 1986) have been too extensive to permit us to fill requests such as yours.
It is our hope and projected goal to respond to your request by April 30,1987.
We extend our apologies to you for this significant and unusual delay in responding to your request.
