Freedom of Information Act Request
Dear Mr. Felton:
This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act.
Two years ago, I filed a broad request that related to the Midland nuclear plant, Docket Nos. 50-329 and 50-330 (FOIA No. 84-96).
The NPC produced a great number of documents in response to that request, and I do not want to duplicate that earlier production.
My current request relates only to specific documents that may have been submitted to the NRC after the date of my request.
In particular, I am interested in any management audit reports or drafts that were given to the NRC pursuant to the attached January 12, 1984 confirmatory order.
I request that you provide me copies of any such reports or drafts that are in the possession of the NRC.-
