A potential exists for discussion of matters of substance to the disposition of the following Confirmed items:
o C-109 s C-141 e C-161 e C-172 e C-l10 e C-146 e C-162 e C-133 e C-147 e C-163 e C-135 e C-150 e C-165 Should discussions of this nature be necessary, we have made provisions for o meeting by identifying a period of time that these discussions would take place.
The status of response to Confirmed items will be reviewed between TERA and the Midland project representatives during this time period irrespective of whether or not a need is identified to discuss the specific Confirmed items, in accordance with th'e IDCVP protocol, the following meeting notice is given.
