This refe',s to your January 7,1988 letter for an amendment to License SNM-1067 to extend the expiration date and the date for submittal of your updated environmental plan to May 31, 1988.
As specified in 6170.12(c) and fee Category 18 of 9170.31 of the enclosed 10 CFR 170, an application fee of $150 is required. Applicants in fee Category 1B pay an initial epplication fee of $150 and are subsequently billed at 6-month intervals for all accumulated NRC costs or upon completion of the review, whichever occurs sooner. The total Tee assessed will be based on the actual NRC cost (professional staff-hours) to process the application _as well as any contractual cost incurred.
Based on the above, please remit an application fee of $150 and mail it to my attention. If you have any cuestions concerning the fee, please let me know.
