10 CFR 70.32(e) SUBMITTAL FOR COMBUSTION ENGINEERING, INC.,
WINDSOR NUCLEAR FUEL MANUFACTURING PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN This letter is in response to your correspondence of February 18, 1993, and April 23,1993, regarding changes to the Physical Security Plan for the protection of special nuclear material of low strategic significance identified as Revision 5 for page nos. II-3, II-4 and Revision 6 for page nos.11-1 and II-7.
We have reviewed the changes submitted and have determined that they are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(e) and are acceptable for inclusion in the Plan with the exception of two typographical errors.
Revision 6 to page no. II-7 was inadvertently shown as Revision 5 to page no. II-5. This matter was discussed in a telephone conversation held on April 14,1993 between Mr. R. Sheeran of your staff and Mr. A. Della Ratta of my staff and was subsequently corrected in your April 23,1993 submittal.
The enclosures to your letters contained information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d).
Such information is deemed to be Commercial Information within the meaning of 10 CFR.
t 9.17(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.19. They will be withheld from public disclosure and will.not be placed in the NRC Pubhc Document Room.
