I" accordance with your application dated July 28, 1988, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM-1067 is hereby amended to authorize receipt of uranium enriched to a maximum 5.0 weight percent in the U-235 isotope. This authorization is subject to the following license condition:
Uranium enriched to more than 4.1 weight percent but not more than 5.0 weight percent in the U-235 isotope may be received and stored in sealed shipping containers.
Each array of containers shall be limited to a transport index of 80. Arrays shall be separated not less than 20 feet from other licensed material.
All other conditions of your license shall remain the same.
Enclosed are copies of revised License No. SNM.1067 and our Safety Evaluation Report.
