In accordance with your application dated June 27, 1991, and supplement dated; l
June 10, 1993, and pursuant to Part 70 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal i
Regulations, Materials License SNM-1067 is hereby amended to authorize
-l revisions to your Emergency Plan. Due to a reorganization at,the Nuclear i
Regulatory Commission, we have reformatted your license by combining into one 1

document the safety and safeguards license conditions..In addition, those license conditions that have been complied with have been deleted.

Accordingly, Condition S-9 (formerly Condition 21) has been revised to delete specifir. requirements of the Emergency Plan'and to include the dates of-l June 27, 1991, and June 10, 1993.

Notwithstanding the statements in Section 5.1.3, page I.5-2 of the-application, revision 2 dated April 6,1982, all wastes contaminated with radioactive material to levels in excess of limits specified in the attached " Guidelines for Decontamination of Facilities and Equipment Prior to Release for Unrestricted Use or Termination of Licenses For Byproduct, Source, or Special Nuclear Material," dated April-1993, shall be packaged in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR Part 71 and disposed of at a licensei rsdioactive waste disposal facility.
I Enclosed is a copy of the complete License SNM-1067, in the new format, which j
incorporates changes to the Safety Conditions. Also enclosed is the Safety Evaluation Report, which includes the Categorical Exclusion determination.
