Dear Mr. Conant:
In accordance with your application dated October 31, 1996, and pursuant to i
Part 70 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Materials License SNM-1U67 is hereby amended to extend interim storage period of packaged low-level radioactive waste from 5 years to 10 years.
Accordingly, License Condition 10 is revised to include the date of October 31, 1996.
All other conditions of the license shall remain the same.
Enclosed are copies of the revised Materials License SNM-1067 and the Safety l
Evaluation Report, which includes the Categorical Exclusion determination.
