In accordance with ymr revised application dated August 16, 1988, and

! supplements dated AupJst 19, and August 23, 1988, and pursuant to Title 10,

) Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70. Materials License No. S2-1067 is hereby ,

amended to authorize use of uranium enriched to a maximum 5.0 weight percent in '

i the U-235 isotope. Condition No. 9 has been revised ta include the dates of i

August 16 and August 19, 1988, and Chapter 8, Part II. of the application. This authorization is subject to the following additional license conditions:

26. Hydrogenous materials shall not be stored on pellet storage tables  !

1 or pellet storage racks where nuclear criticality safety is based on i 4-inch safe slab limits. ,

27. Hydrogenous materials shall not be stored between trays of fuel rods on storage racks or shelves where nuclear criticality is based on  ;

] 28. A transition period is allowed to switch from the use of I poly-buckets to stainless steel buckets. In accordance with your letter dated August 23, 1988, a period of not more than thirty (30) days from the date of this amendment is authorized to imp'ement changes to bring the dryer belt into conforsance with license descriptions. Specifically, modifications shall be made to the dryer belt assembly described in Section 8.1.4.1 to limit the maximum physical space below the dryer belt to 3.5 inches. During
