LICENSE AMENDMENT REQUEST TO INCLUDE METHODS FOR DETERMINATION OF ACTION LEVELS FOR ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING DATA (TAC N0. L30821)

Dear Mr. Conant:

In accordance with your application dated October 25, 1995, and supplement l dated August 8, 1996, and pursuant to Part 70 to Title 10 of the Code of l Federal Regulations, Materials License SNM-1067 is hereby amended to include methods for the determination of the action levels for environmental monitoring data. Accordingly, license Condition 10 is revised to include the dates of October 25, 1995 and August 8, 1996, and Condition 12 is deleted.

All other conditions of the license shall remain the same.

Enclosed are copies of the revised Materials License SNM-1067 and the Safety Evaluation Report, which includes the Categorical Exclusion determination.
