NAME CHANGE (TAC NO. L31218)

Dear Mr. Conant:

In accordance with your application dated July 29,1999, and pursuant to Part 70 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations. Materials license SNM-1067 is hereby amended as follows:

1. To change the name of the licensee to ABB Combustion Engineering Nuclear Power, Inc.

2. To incorporate into the license the date June 18,1999, for decommissioning financial assurance.

Accordingly, Condition 10 has been revised to include the date of July 29,1999. All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
