LD90-068,- and LD90-70), regarding the proposed interior construction in the Fuel Manufacturing Facility to-accommodate-new pellet'and rod handling equipment', relocation of the centrifuge system,.and enlargement of the fuel shipping container protective structure.. We have determined'that the i
modifications will not significantly effect the human environment; and i
therefore, we have no objection to CE initiating construction..However, prior.
to introduction of radioactive material into the modified areason the centrifuge system, License No. SNM 1067 must be amended.
