This letter is in response to your correspondence of June 28,1993, regarding changes to the Physical Security Plan for the protection of special nuclear material oflow strategic significance identified as Revision 6 for page nos. II-3, II-4 and Revision 7 for page nos.11-1 and II-7.

We have reviewcd the changes submitted and have determined that they are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(e) and a e acceptable for inclusion in the Plan.

The enclosures to your letter contained information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d).

Such information is deemed to be Commercial Information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.17(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.19. They will be withheld from public disclosure and will not be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
