Dear Mr. Conant:
The purpose of this letter is to recognize changes-to your currently approved Fundamental Nuclear Material Control (FNMC)
Plan which were submitted by letters dated February 2 and February 4, 1993.
r We have reviewed the changes and have determined that they are all acceptable.
Accordingly, we-are revising License condition 1.1 of Amendment SG-3 to your License No. SNM-1107 to incorporate these FNMC Plan changes.
Condition 1.1 is hereby revised, effeu.ve immediately, to Icad' as follows:
1.1 The licensee shall follow Chapters 1.0.through 9.0 of'its
" Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan" dated November 17, 1987 - designated as Revision 0; as revised by:-
a) the_" List of Effective Pages" - dated April 26, 1991, b) the lists of "Affected Pages" - dated-September 4, 1992,-
February 2, _1993, and February 4, 1993.
Future revisions to this Plan shall be made in-accordance.
With 10 CFR 70.32 (c) or 70.34.
We have determined that the revised FNMC pages attached to your' letters dated: February 2 and February 4, 1993 contain-information of the type.specified in-10 CFR 2.790(d)..Accordingly, pursuant to Section 2.790(d) (1), such information is deemed to be commercial or-financial within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.17 (a) (4) and shall be withheld from public disclosure unless subject to the provisions of 10 CFR 9.23.
