NRC Inspection No. 70-1100/93-03 An unannounced safety inspection of NRC licensed activities was conducted at your facility by Mr. J. Noggle of this office on September 15-17, 1993. The inspection findings were discussed with members of your staff on September 17, 1993.
Areas reviewed during the inspection are important to health and safety and are discussed in the enclosed inspection report. These areas included: audits and surveillances, operations review, radiation protection, effluent releases, and transportation of radioactive material.
The inspection occurred during the final week of fuel fabrication at this facility. No decontamination / decommissioning activities were in progress at this time. We would appreciate a schedule of planned decontamination / decommissioning activities at your facility when the information is available. Within the scope of this inspection, no adverse safety

findings or violations of the license or NRC regulations were identified.
