Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions documented I in your letter. These actions will be examined during a future inspection of l your licensed program. I During a December 2,1987 meeting with yourself and your staff in the NRC Region I office, we understood that you planned to specifically address, by February 1,1988, the observations and recommendations made during our l Operational Safety Review of your facility and documented in the subject  !

inspection repcrt. The amended response was to include the actions you have taken or plan to take concerning those observations and recommendations. To date, we have not received your amended response. Therefore, within 10 days of the date of this letter, please provide me, by telephone, a date by which it can be expected.
