REFERENCE:
LETTER, BRYON H. STRICKLAND TO RALPH H. BROOKS, FEBRUARY 2', 1989 This is in response to the referenced letter regarding the certificate of operation for gasoline and diesel fuel tanks at SQN. A permit application for the installation of these tanks was submitted to you on May 13, 1986.
On July 2, 1986, your office issued Certificate of. Operation Number 4150-40301009-041 for these tanks. Since that time the certificate of operation has continued to be renewed; however, the tanks were.never installed. The installation of these tanks has been cancelled;-therefore, TVA does not wish to renew this permit. If installation of these tanks is rescheduled, a new permit application will be resubmitted.
