Dear Mr. Sinclair:
SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT (SQN) - DRAFT STATE PERMIT NO.88-036 FOR HOLD AND HAUL SYSTEM This is in response to your July 19 letter requesting coments on the Draf t State Permit for a sevage hold and haul operation at SQN. We have the following comments:
1.
Page 1., ei3hth line--Rhea County should be changed to Hamilton County.
2.
Page 1.. eighteenth line--The sentence that reads "The result of this system is that there must be no discharge of wastewater to a surface stream and no contamination of any subsurface wastewaters." should be amended to read "The result of this system is that there must be no discharge of wastewater to a surface stream except as allowed by WPDES Permit No. TN0026450 ard no contamination of any subsurface waters."
