REVISION TO THE SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT (SON) T0XICITY REPORT - NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM PERMIT NUMBER TN0026450 On January 25, we submitted the SQN Discharge Monitoring Report including the most recent toxicity report on the diffuser effluent. After-the submission, we discovered errors on page 18 of the toxicity reports which, we would like to correct.

Please replace page 18 of.-the original submission with the enclosed. I apologize for any confusion that might have been created.
