- Sequoyah, Qatts Bar and Bellefonte Nuclear Plants in accordance with site plans previously suomitted with my letter of 5 June 1981 to John Quattmcchi under your Nuclear Liability Insux'ance Facility Foxxt Policies ".IF-198, IIF-247, HF-256 and HF-258, respectively.
By copy of this leCter, the same action is requested of HAIKU zegarding their Policies HP-66 and HP-102 for the Browne Ferry and Sequoyah

Please coordinate these revisions with Hr. Ira Dinitz of the NRC.
