q\\h' SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT - NPDES PERMIT NO. TN0026450 - DISCHARGE MONITORING REPORT (DMR) - AUGUST 1 TO OCTOBER 31, 1981 N
On August 28, 1981 the DMR for Sequoyah Nuclear Plant for the period May 1 to July 31 was submitted using preprinted forms which you had provided. On November 17 Charles McEntyre of the Water Quality Branch called you to determine whether proprinted forms were available for the referenced quarter. You stated that the proprinted forms would not be available until approximately December 1 due to computer problems and requested that the referenced DMR not be submitted on Ilovember 28 as scheduled but be submitted later on the preprinted forms. We will submit the referenced DFF within two weeks after we receive the pre-printed forms.
