' SYSTEM PERMIT NO. TN0030171 - SEWAGE TREATMENT This is notification that discharge serial number (DSN) 001, sewage treatment plant ef fluent, has been eliminated in accordance with the engineering report submitted to Clure Winfree on April 29, 1988. Sewage is now being routed to the Chattanooga-Moccasin Bend regional sewage treatment plant via the sewer connection constructed by the city of Soddy Daisy (CGL #88-113). The connection to the Soddy Daisy sewer was made on January 23.
Since there is no longer a discharge from DSN 101, we request written approval to cease submission of the discharge monitoring reports and the monthly operation reports for this system.
