Operatinc Licenses No. DPR-24 and DPR-27 and to the discussion of our findings

with J. 2. Zach at the conclusion.of the inspection.  !

l The enclosed copy of our inspection re) ort identifies areas examined during i

! the inspection. Within these areas, tie inspection consisted of a selective

! examination of procedures and representative records, observations, and

interviews with personnel. <

During this inspection, certain of your activities appeared to be in violation

i of NRC requirements, as described in the enclosed Notice. The inspection l

l showed that action had been taken to correct the identified violation and  :

. to prevent recurrence. Our understanding of your corrective actions are

. described in Paragraph 3 of the enclosed inspection re) ort. Consequently no .

! reply to the violation is required and we have no furtier questions regarding

! this matter at this time.
