REQUALIFICATION EXAMINATION REPORT During the week of June 26, 1989, the NRC administered a second requalification examination to an employee of your organization who operates at your Point beach Nuclear Plant.
The operator may be returned to licensed duties. The result of this exam does not constitute a programmatic evaluation of the Point Beach requalification program.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
