AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Re: Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1 The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 3 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-21 for the Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1. This amendment is in response to your proposal dated January 20, 1987, to add six water suppression systems to Technical Specification (T.S.) 3.12.B.1 " Fire Protection Systems - Spray and/or Sprinkler Systems." The change adds items j through o to the list of fire protection systems included in T.S. 3.12.B.1 A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. A Notice of Issuance will be included in the Commission's next regular biweekly Federal Register notice. This completes the action on TAC No. 64534.
