Enclosed is a copy of a " Notice of Receipt and Ava" ability for Comment of Post-Shutdown Decommissioning Activities Report" related to your letter of June 14,1999, submitting your
' Post-Shutdown Decommissioning Activities Report (PSDAR) in accordance with the requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Reoulations. Section 50.82.
This notice provides for public comments on your PSDAR to be submitted within 30 days of the date of the notice. The Commission will schedule a public meeting in the vicinity of the Millstone Unit 1 facility to solicit public comments and will announce the date, time, and location in the Federal Recister.
This notice has been forwarded to the Office of the Federal Rogister for publication.
