Guide 1.99, Rev. 2, be used in calculating the nil-ductility reference tempera '
ture of reactor vessel beltline materials. =The reference temperature relates 1
to the' pressure-temperature limits in.the Millstone, Unit.No. 2 Technical-1 Specifications, Section 3.4.
We-have-reviewed your.submittals with the assistance from.EG&G,-Idaho. m

1q Based on our evaluation, we1 conclude that the current pressure-temperature limits for heatup,<cooldown, leak; test and criticality of the reactor coolant:.
i system-are acceptable for 12 EFPY and they may be maintained in-the M111 stone' Unit 2 Technical Specificetions.
i We have enclosed our Safety Evaluation that supports our conclusion.
