Examination Report No. 50-245/90-10 (OL)
During the week of August 27, 1990, the NRC administered examinations to employ-
ees of your company who had applied for licenses to operate the Millstone
Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1.
At the conclusion of the examinations, the
preliminary findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified
in the enclosed report.
The enclosed report also documented a telephone conversation of August 30,
'
1990 in which the human factors concerns of NRC Inspection Report 50-245/89-19
were discussed. The clarification that your staff sought are addressed in
Section 4 of the report.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the commission regulations, a copy of this
letter and its enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room. No
response to this report is required.
