(NOV) relating to Inspection Report No. 50-336/90-09.
The inspection was a l
routine resident safety inspection conducted from April 17 to May 29, 1990, at Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 2.
t Pursuant to 10CFR2.201, Northeast Nuclear Energy Company (NNECg)provided its
,
response to the subject NOV in a letter dated July.27,?1990.
'In Attach-ment 1, page 4, Section 6, entitled Actions to Prevent = Recurrence,.of this letter, an error was discovered by NNECO after. submittal to the NRC.
NNEC0 made the statement that "Certain contract personnel, that have long-term assignments with the department have been certified ' as OA insoectors in accordance with ACP-QA-8.16." This should have read "Certain contract person-nel that have long-term assignments with the department have been certified as Certified Testina Personnel in accordance with ACP-QA-8.16'."
This error was due to administrative oversight, and NNECO apologizes for any
inconvenience-this may have caused.
