Dear Mr. Necci:

The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment Nos. 105, 235, and 171 to Facility 1

Operating License Nos. DPR-21, DPR-65, and NPF-49 for the Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit Nos.1,2, and 3, respectively, in response to your application dated December 22,1998, as supplemented March 19,1999.

The amendment replaces specific titles in Section 6.0 of the Technical Specifications for all three Millstone units with generic titles.

A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. Notice of Issuance will be included in

- the Commission's biweekly Federal Reaister notice.
