OPERATOR EXAMINATION REPORT No. 50-336/90-27 (OL)
On October 3, 1990, the NRC administered a written examination retake to one (1) employee of your company who had applied for lic'enses to operate the Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit 2.
The employee had previously passed all-other portions of the examination during the week of April 23, 1990.
The examination was proctored by the Millstone Unit 2, Resident Inspector and-subsequently forwarded to NRC. Region I for grading. The candidate passed the examination and was issued a Reactor Operator License on October 9, 1990.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
