-Millstone in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR S2.714 gi s_gg.
The petition seeks intervention in the proceedings concerning the March 19, 1999 application of Northeast Nuclear Energy Company for issuance of an amendment to Facility Operating License No. NPF-49 to permit high-density' storage racks at Millstone Unit 3.
