A routine radiological controls inspection was conducted on October 1-5, 1990,
by Mr. R. L. Nimitz of this office at the Millstone Nuclear Power Station
Units 1, 2, and 3.
The findings of the inspection were discussed with

Mr. H. F. Haynes at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas reviewed during the inspection are described in the enclosed inspection
report. These areas included action on previous findings, organization and
staffing, implementation of your external and internal exposure control

programs, and worker concerns.

Within the scope of the inspector no violations were identified.
The
inspector's review indicated that radiological controls for the Unit 2 outage
were good.
