The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.has granted the enclosed Exemption regarding the conduct of a full participation emergency preparedness exercise for Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Units 1, 2 and 3 in 1990. The Exemption was granted. in response to your letters of April 18 and August 1,1990.
The Exemption has been forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
