Pursuant to our settlement agreement, we are releasing all documents at issue in Count 1 of the above-captioned case. Therefore, I have forwarded copics of these documents to the Freedon of Information and Privacy Act Branch ("FIFB") of the Di'.isien of Rules and Records ("0RR") so that the FIPS may place them in your client's folder, F01A-86-387, in the NRC's Public Docurrent Room ("PDR"). The FIPB will notify you when that action occurs.

According to our agreement, GAP will submit a clarified request resolving F0!A-86-81, which was at issue in Count 2 of this case.
