Pursuant to the ar.Litrust review of the captioned nuclear unit, the' Director of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation has made a finding in accordance with Section105c(2)oftheAtomicEnergyActof1954,asamended,thatno significant antitrust changes have occurred subsequent to the antitrust construction permit review of Unit 1 of the Comanche Peak Steam Electric -
Station. This finding is subject to reevaluation if a member of the public requests same in response to publication of the. finding in the Federal
' Register.
