Dear Mr. Finkelstein:
We received your letter dated December 16, 1986 in which you requested an extension of tine from December 26, 1986 until January 13, 1987 to file views for your client, Brazos Electric Power Cooperative, Inc., in the captioned antitrust proceeding.
In this instance, staff believes that an extension of time to file comments to January 13, 1987 will not significantly delay the Commission's efforts to complete its antitrust operating license review of Comanche Peak.
