The purpose of this letter is to provide you with notification of an Abnormal Occurrence as required by Technical Specification 6.6.B.I.a within 24 hours2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br /> of the occurrence.

With Unit 2 in the cold shutdown condition for the current refueling outege, the drywell personnel air lock was leak rate tested.

The local leak rate test result for the drywell personnel air lock was 31 SCFH. This leak rate is greater than the Technical Specification limit of 18.36 SCFH.

In accordance with our previous reporting agreement of April 4,1974,. this no-tification also fulfills the Ten Day Reporting Requirement of Technical Speci-fication 6.6.B.l.B. Details of repairs necessary to correct these deficiencies will be reported at a later date when the work is complete.
