On July 25, 1975 the Unit Two primary containment oxygen concentration was not within Technical Specification limi ts 24 hours2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br /> subsequent to a start up f rom a shutdown condi tion.
Difficulties were encountered with operation
.of the !!2 vaporizing equipment.
Completion of inerting was in progress at the -time of the occurrence.
This occurrence was discussed by telephone with Mr. Knop of your office on July 25, 1975 Further information will be provided by Abnormal Occurrence Report No. 50-265/75-26 which will be submitted within 10 days of the date
