At 3:00 p.m. on July 24, 1975 while performing routino quarterly surveillance on reactor building to suppression chamber vacuum breakers, pressure switch l-1622D was found to trip 0.0126 PSI -above the Technical Specification limit

The switch was immediately recalibrated to trip at 0.451 psid.
