The purpose of this letter is to provide you with notification of an Abnormal Occurrence as required by Technical Specification 6.6.B.I.a within 24 hours2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br /> of the occurrence.

On October 29, 1975, immediately following the return of the Unit 2 diesel to service, the Uni t Two operator received the RHR SYSTEM 2 SUPPLY FROM EMERGENCY DIESEL and the CORE SPRAY SYSTEM 2 BUS / LOGIC POWE A subsequent investigation lead to the discovery that SW #12 of 125 VDC Bus 2B was in tha Core Spray andtheRHR OFF"B" position, making the automatic initiation logic of systems both inoperable. The swltch was returned -

to the ON position and did not trip.

The unit was in the cold shutdown condition at the time of this occurrence. '
