The purpose of this letter is to provide you with notification of an Abnormal Occurrence as required by Technical Specification 6.6.B.I.a within 24 hours2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br /> of the occurrence.
On October 29, 1975, immediately following the return of the Unit 2 diesel to service, the Uni t Two operator received the RHR SYSTEM 2 SUPPLY FROM EMERGENCY DIESEL and the CORE SPRAY SYSTEM 2 BUS / LOGIC POWE A subsequent investigation lead to the discovery that SW #12 of 125 VDC Bus 2B was in the OFF position, making the automatic initiation logic of tha Core Spray and RHR "B" systems both inoperable.
The swltch was returned to the ON position and did not trip.
The unit was in the cold shutdown condition at the time of this occurrence.
This occurrence was discussed by telephone with Mr.
