On July 21, 1975, during an ins;rection of' hydraulic snubbers, being conducted in. accordance wi th Technical Specification 4.6. f.3, one Grinnell snuober on the-reactor water cleanui system and one Bergen-Patterson snubber en the reaccor recirculation system were foond defective.
