i As a. resul t of the feedwater line break (AO-50-265/75-317 on-unit 2 on Augus t T7, 1975, some contaminated-water was present in. the Uni t Two oi-T.- separaton.

water to the oil. separatorr to. cause i t to overflow. Into the spray canal.
The-i activity in the separator was-measured at 9.68 x: 10.-5 ucl/ml. After dilution with. the spray canal water fios and the ci rculating water flow from the river, the acti.vrty was calculated to be 1.7. x 10-82 uct/mi in the plant discharge bay.
This activity was-within Techn-ical Specification ITmrts but was however an un-planned release from the site.
The remaining-watec in the oil separator is being discharged: as. a-controfled batch release.
