of the occurrence.
With Unit Two in the cold shutdown condition for the current refueling outage, quarterly surveillance testing of the main steam line low pressure isolation switches was conducted.
Pressure switch 2-261-30B was found to trip at 846 psig thereby violating Technical Specification 3.2.A.
The switch was recali-brated to a setpoint of 864 psig.
The three other MSL low pressure switches were found to have setpoints of greater than 850 psig, and therefore would have performed the isolation, if low pressure had occurred.
This occurrence was discussed by telephone with Mr. Feierabend of your office on January 14, 1975 Further information will be provided by Abnormal Occur-
