h Enclosed are seven copies of the Watarford Steam Electric Station-Unit No. 3 (Waterford 3) Environmental Protection Plan (EPP), amended as requested by Ms. Suzanne Black, NRC Project Manager for Waterford 3. This revision reflects changes requested by the staff subsequent to its review of the EPP which was originally submitted with the referenced letter. A copy is also being forwarded to Mr. Robert B. DeBlieux, Louisiana State Historic Preservation Officer.

Louisiana Power and Light Company, Applicant in the above captioned proceeding, hereby files its amended Environmental Protection Plan.

This Environmental Protection Plan provides for the protection of environmental resources in the vicinity of Waterford 3 from any identified or unreviewed nonradiological environmental effects associated with facility operation, and addresses in detail the program for protecting the cultural resource remains on the Waterford 3 plant site.
