STEAM GENERATOR TUBE INSPECTION Date of Inspection: 6/27/81.

One tube (row 37, column 19) in Steam Generator 2A was satisfactorily plugged on June 27, 1981. The defective tube was located by pressurizing the secondary side and performing a visual inspection for leaks. The defective tube was discovered prior to an inservice inspection. This information is submitted for information only.
