1.

Faulted loads of deadweight, normal thermal expansion, pressure and SSE are combined by absor'ute sum method.

2.

Ratio of new faulted stress / existing faulted stress is = 1.04 i.e., new faulted stress is increased by 4.0 %.

3 Assessment of A.r if:.9; Margins relative to; a) Flaw Size - Using faulted loads obtained by the absolute sum method, a margin of at least 2 exists between the critical flaw and the flaw having a leak rate of 10 gpm (the leakage flaw),

b) Leak Rate - A margin of 10 exists between the calculated leak rate froni the leakage flaw and the leak detection capability of 1 gpm.

c) 1.oads ' The leakage flaw was shown to be stable using the faulted loads obtained by the absolute sum method. Margin on loads of 1.0 is satisfied.

==

Conclusion:==

All of the recommended LBB margins are satisfied.
