The eleventh refueling outage continued through the month of November.

The following major safety related maintenance was performed during the month:

1. The 2A charging pump was disassembled due to an overheated outboard seal. j j- The repairs included replacement of the pump rotating assembly. '

). The following maintenance was associated with outage activities:

1. The reactor was refueled.
2. The 10 year inspection of the 2C reactor coolant pump motor was completed.
3. Steam Generator test and inspection activities continued.
